This project is a remodel with in a storybook, 1940s' cottage, picket fence and all. It incorporates the client's tastes in modern fixtures and concepts with a nod to the traditional. Reassignment of space to create a more functional and appealing layout was the first step to envisioning the all the project's potential. The next step was a 10-week build with just a couple of unexpected upgrades that personalized the space boosted the wow-factor.
